Welcome to Riot Room. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or visiting our facility, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services or website.

1. 

General Information

Riot Room (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates a recreational smash/rage room located in St.      Charles, Missouri.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website [www.riotroomstl.com]      and services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. 

Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older to book and participate without a guardian.

We require government-issued photo ID to verify age.

3. 

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

All participants must sign a Liability Waiver before participating.

Activities at Riot Room involve breaking objects and using tools such as bats, crowbars, and      similar equipment. This carries inherent risks, including injury.

By participating, you accept full responsibility for your safety and agree not to hold Riot Room, its owners, employees, or affiliates liable for injuries, damages, or losses.

You are responsible for wearing all provided protective gear correctly during the session.

4. 

Health & Safety Requirements

Participation is not permitted if you are:

Pregnant

Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Suffering from medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity

Closed-toe shoes are required. (NO CROC, HEY DUDES, SANDALS)

Riot Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety concerns or inappropriate behavior.

5. 

Bookings, Payments, & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

No-shows will not be refunded.

6. 

Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to disrupt the site’s functionality.

All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Riot Room and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. 

Intellectual Property

All names, logos, slogans, and designs related to Riot Room are trademarks or registered      trademarks of Riot Room.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

8. 

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the facility.

9. 

Photography & Media

Riot Room may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify staff before your session.

10. 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri.
